About Us.

Dogs are taking over my life. My daughter is a dog fanatic. She thinks being able to hold puppies will be really cool.

My husband and I got married a little more than ten years ago.
We bought a house in Maine nine years ago.
We have a daughter, Em, age 7, and a son, Dan, age 3.
We have two gray cats that are older than the children.
Then our daughter decided she likes loves dogs. And anything associated with them.
Puppies
Food
Collars
Leashes
You name it, she loves it.
My best friend has boys. They joined 4-H and raise steers, train them, show them at the fairs, and sell them. It is great. Steers teach them alot about responsibility and help them save for college. My daughter likes dogs, so here we are.
My husband and I each had several family dogs when we were children, but our first dog, Daisy, we got from the local animal shelter. She is beautiful and quiet and a lab. She is almost white and 3 years old now. She is the matriarch of the family, old before her time. She has bad hips that keep her down alot. and the beginning signs of epilepsy. It is sad to watch her sometimes.
Jasmine perked her up for awhile. Jasmine is our friends' golden retriever. She stayed with us while their daughter, Savannah, was in the midst of cancer treatments. She went home after 6 long months.
Then we got Paige.
She was 14 months old when we got her and she didn't know how to behave. Daisy taught her pretty quickly and now Paige is the most loving and loyal dog we know. She will follow us as often as we let her. She loves a good belly-rub. She will even heel next to Em with a dropped leash. She loves to swim and play fetch, too.
